AH when ZA was installed on the client PC's wasthe checkbox that says it's
running as an ICS client ticked?
Also, when I used ZA a lot on dial-up, I found that a dynamic IP tripped
things up - because the WAN IP would change when I reconnected and suddenly
some clients couldn't exchange info with the server until they were
rebooted.
I remember I did quite a bit of tweaking to cure that. I went to various ZA
forums that dealt with ICS issues. BB cures that (providing the server
remains connected to your ISP).
Allan (who hasn't used ZA for a few years now)
PS No trees were harmed in the sending of this message and a very large
number of electrons were asked their permission to be terribly
inconvenienced. (And threw a party for them afterwards for being really cool
about it).

confused mass of energy, have created.
