I use pro gold and deoxit on my hifi they work well for cleaning.
Perhaps my hifi is so detailed (analytic?) that I can hear the
difference between fresh contacts and cleaned but thats another story).
I recon 6 months between cleanings as an absolute maximum...
I too usethem on my lenses especially the bronica which has 6 contacts
between the lens and body and more between the meterred prism and body.
