Absolutely!

Any EF mount lens will work, whether from Canyon or other makers. The 
first lens I used on my 300D was a Canyon 28-135 borrowed from a 
neighbor. Next was a Canyon 24-85 I bought used, then a Tamron 28-300 Di.

The reverse is not true. The EF-S lenses designed for the smaller sensor 
can't be used on the film or FF digital bodies.
