Yes, I'm pressing the release all the way down and holding it, and the same
thing happens when I use the self-timer. It's as if the B setting has become
another 1/15 setting! It also happens regardless of the order in which I
wind on or select the shutter speed.
Since all of the other (regular) shutter speeds seem to work OK, and I'm not
using this camera for astrophotography, I think I'll just keep on using it
as-is. Of course, I'll eventually get around to sending it to John for a
CLA/repair.
