This is/was a legit upgrade. Well, not exactly an upgrade. If one tries
PS Elements and then decides to go for the full enchilada PS will in
effect reduce the price of the full version by the amount already spent
on Elements as an incentive to upgrade. A good way to get both products
for the price of the full version if this policy is still in effect.
