I spent a disappointing hour at the semi-annual area camera swap
meet. Canon and Nikon items outnumbered Olympus items by, what, maybe
400:1. Saw an OM 35/2.8 shift ($400), which was a surprise, an OM
50/3.5 with bad filter threads (didn't even ask price), and a Tamron
80-200 ($300). Paid $20 for a Tamron 35-80/2.8-3.8 SP. Saw a total of
maybe a dozen OM1's and OM2's, but not a single OM3 or OM4(T). No T
flash units, no F280 flash, no neat macro stuff, no double cable
releases, no bellows; were a couple 50/1.8 lenses, though. Lots of
Cokin and other filters. Didn't empty my wallet, at least.
Oh--and what does your spell check suggest for Tamron?
