Sorry, Ali, but they have to compete. If people move on to other
makes the Oly crowd gets smaller and smaller and that means lenses go
up in price or just are not developed. This happened before with the
OMs. Oly put out a list of anticipated lenses at one point, some of
which were amazing. Prototypes were developed and pictures were
published made with things like 200mm fast macro lenses. They never
materialized in the market place because nothing was done with the
cameras to continue attract buyers.
Who do you think Sony is going to eat? Not Canon or Nikon.
