Most batteries, regardless of brand, come from one of a handful of
companies -- Johnson, Exide, East Penn/Deka, Yaesu, etc. Frequently,
the only difference is the name and the warranty. So you might as
well shop for the specs you need and not worry about the rest.
Living in the Frozen North and driving a diesel, I want the biggest
battery I can stuff into its little compartment. Found an East Penn
(a company I'd never heard of before I researched) that should be
good for another 4 or 5 years.

OB Oly: Said battery will be starting the car that takes me on a
long-weekend road trip to western Missouri this weekend. The weather
here is TOPE-28-ready; I'm hoping for some photo ops along the way.
