You're adjectives are under rating the AF system's low light 
capabilities.  The 10D was very decent.  The 20D was a signficant 
improvement.  Now the 5D is as much an improvement over the 20D as the 
20D was over the 10D.  In the dark, the camera sees much better than I do.
