Perhaps there is a lesson here for Olympus, but we are left holding the shutter.
lets get together and have a beer and whine and moan about the poor customer
service we get..
Lord knows I will be taking these lessons with me into my upcoming sausage
business, I wont leave my clients out of the loop ( as it were) for anything.
I'm starting small, and have a big gap to fill here locally, but if I cannot
service my clients, "sorry, I dont have time to do another contract" I am going
to take care of the ones that come to me first.
