Tried one for quite a while (severe sleep apnea), but just couldn't tolerate
it. Per my (now ex-) wife, I'd just rip it off of my face as soon as I went
to sleep.
I've been using what's called a TAP (Thornton Adjustable Positioner) for
about 10 years now with great success. And no power requirements!

Ya know, after I got mine, I suddenly discovered a bunch of people who
used them.
Don't go anywhere without mine, either. I can pack it and the humidifier
into the bag in under 4 minutes now.
