Only the bodies with a rewind drive on the baseplate can use the rewind
feature.

"Motor driven rewind is only supported with the OM-3(Ti) and OM-4(Ti).
Advance to first frame after load is not supported with the OM-1(n) or
OM-2(n)."
So, no motor rewind on the 2S, no advance to first frame on 1 (and I assume
you mean 1MD or 1(n) rather than plain old 1, which didn't have MD
connections at all).

Bart,
Thank you for sharing your insight! I don't know why, but the thought of
using the M.15v pack off camera with a relay cord never occured to me, even
though I had consided it for the M.18v grip. Do I understand correctly, the
rewind feature of the MD2 isn't compatible with the OM-2S? What about the
advance to first frame on an OM-1 or OM-2S?
Thanks again,
Darin
