I think I had heard that somewhere, but I wasn't really sure until Jeff posted 
the link last night. I'd say they're omnivorous, 'cause they sure like peanuts 
and sunflower seeds.

And while I'm at it, snipes do not have teeth.

And you can't catch them by holding a croker sack open and calling them in the
