I would contact Tamron to see if they will fix it.  The zoom creep is 
probably deteriorating helical/zoom grease so it needs to be 
disassembled, cleaned and relubed.  The loss of parfocal behavior 
between long and short sounds to me like something has come loose 
inside.  Hopefully, it's only something loose and not broken.  Even 
Tamron might not have parts anymore.  But readjustment will probably 
require technical knowledge of this specific lens.
