[OM] Lightroom beta 3 out now

All,

I had a quick scan on the list and  don't think anyone has mentioned it, 
but beta 3 is now out, it seems much faster than the other versions and 
now has a little box to tell you it is working, s gradually my problems 
with this software are being resolved.
