I've been setting mine to "0", not "-2".  I think the "0"
position is just enough to counteract some of the AA filtering
without introducing any halos.  I did testing of a resolution
chart and the "0" setting stayed clean of halos in my camera. 
The "-2" position was so soft that I can't use them without
post-production.
