I doubt that many on this list would appreciate being called "normal" and  
few have probably ever been accused of it.  We have a big Indian population  in 
Texas and I'm not talking the Native American variety. They have a very  
interesting cuisine, one of which I partake on a regular basis.   What  we have 
been talking about ain't ethnic, it is just down home cooking.   Bill Barber
