One escaping sheep in the Lake District was heading down a line of cars 
like a Derby winner when some wag tried to stop it with his van door. 
BaaBaa just retracted his undercarriage and cleared it at a bound, then 
carried on until cornered by the dogs and headed off. Brought a big 
cheer from the van full of climbers I was in...

Deer fences here don't stop determined (or panicking) Reds here. By and 
large they work for groups, but the odd individual will always find a way.
