In early April I esniped an OM bellows unit in "great working condition"
on you-know-where for $108 with S/H. When it arrived, it had two broken
parts, and the mechanism in the front standard that closes the iris
diaphragm in the lens was inoperative. Several emails to the seller
went unanswered. So I went through Paypal's "Resolution" process,
stated my case, and in ten days got my requested $80 refunded. I can't
say that I did anything more than break even on the deal (the front
standard at least needs a trip to the OM doctor), but Paypal did come
through promptly and, to my viewpoint, fairly. I'm satisfied.
