I also own a Praktika P6 adapters for EOS and Leica R (that's the
medium format mount for old Zeiss Jena that also includes Kiev 60
lenses) and there are Mamiya medium format to P6 adapters available.
I have mounted Leica M and S rangefinder mounts including CosVoigt
(macro only) using a 39-42mm adapter and an M42 adapter. I have a
Leica M to R Visoflex adapter plus the Leica R-EOS adapter. Screw
mount to M mount to R mount to EOS - done that! :-)
Minolta MD mount fits 4/3rds doesn't it? - though some adjustment is
required for good infinity focus. I'll bet some Ukrainian has an MD-
EOS mount! And the people at Zoerk prolly have a shift adapter for
'blad Zeiss on EOS.
ANYTHING is possible.
