I read an article by a highly regarded physicist that explained that glass
is infact always liquid, and that in time a window would end up a puddle.
That time was given as some long measure that is sooner forgotten.
I suspect that a lot of things are like that, including perhaps, dye layers.
If that's true, then laid flat, the dye will also migrate to the low
surface, the top or bottom. Same result.
Great bunch of guys that need to control their drinking on the job.
