I'm running Win 2000 and not XP so it might not be identical but should be
similar enough that you'll find it.
go to: Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools ->
Computer Management -> Storage -> Disk Management ->
This will open a drives panel. Right click the drive in question which will
give you a menu. One of the selections is "Change Drive Letter..."
