Hi everybody,
two days ago (on April 23rd), in Rome, there was the 1st Italian "Pillow
Fight" event.
Details were communicated to the partecipants just by SMS or e-mail a few
days before.
In a few words: people decided spontaneously to meet in a given place (S.
Maria in Trastevere square, in the center of Rome) and carry each one a
pillow. At 18.00 o'clock the fight begun: everyone suddenly started hitting
other competitors with their pillow, resulting in a big (and
stress-reliever) mayhem. People without pillow were mercily spared (or I
wouldn't have been here to tell you ;).
Needles to say it was extremely funny.
At this link: [ http://www.contrasti.it/flowerside/PF2006 ] you'll find a
couple of shots from the event. Click on the picture to go to the next one.
Of course these pictures are 100% (well, let's say 66%) "OM" having been
taken with a 4Ti, 18mm f/3.5 and a Tamron 35-105mm f/2.8.
You can imagine how big was my fear when shooting with the 18mm at just a
few inch from those berzerkers... :)
Film was APX100 and TRI-X@200 developed in Rodinal 1+25 and scanned with
Epson Perfection 3170 Photo and XSane on Linux (just in case someone was
interested).
That's all.
Any comment is warmly appreciated!
Best regards
Fabio
