Hi Chuck, Moose,
I was watching birds from the car and one of them went close to that fence.
I was taken by the perspective compression with my binoculars and how the
fence was in sharp focus and the background nicely blurred.
The most perspective compression I could get was with the 135mm so I got out
of the car to shoot it. As I was framing the shot a cyclist went by and
looking up I saw another cyclist approaching. I was pleased to have an
alternative so I waited and included him in the shot. I then screwed up by
walking away without taking the shot that I originally intended of just the
fence and blurred background.
I think the shot that got away was better but I do love that fence.
Thanks for looking .
