It used to, Now you can either go that way or give them your text
messaging capable cell phone # and they send you an entry key.

Looks like they are trying to gather cell phone users to pitch their
other cell phone services, but there is a box to uncheck to avoid that.
It didn't work for me the first time. I would put in my # and click the
button and nothing happened. A few hours later, I tried again, and it
accepted the click, went on to the next page and I was up and running in
a few minutes
