I looked at other auctions of his. The dark square looks like a lens, but
might be just the reflection of a flash as BB suggested.

Sometimes Cocoons, although he hasn't used it well - only killed the
reflection well in one image of four! I too can see no camera
reflection - only flares and a dark square.
