I have a friend who runs an eBay business and keeps two accounts.  One  for 
selling the other for buying.  Says he does it to avoid possible  negative 
feedback from deals that have gone south with a seller.  I am  assuming he 
feels 
he has more control of the feedback outcome as a seller than  as a buyer with a
