There's some pretty good ones in Canada. Head-Smashed-In Buffalo
Jump, Alberta and Dildo, Newfoundland would be 2 favorites.
For odd sounding and hard to spell, my province (Nova Scotia) has
some good ones. Ecum Secum (which is just next to Necum Teuch),
Musquodobit, Tatamagouch, etc.
