Those sound like bargain prices compared to a 3Ti top plate, John!
Question for you: Are there any differences between the 3/4/3Ti/4Ti bottom
plates (aside from brass/titanium and finish). Are they dimensionally the
same? They look to be very similar...

The top has a small dent at the counter similar to Phil's 3Ti. I remembered
I had a new 4Ti black top in stock, so I though I'd convert the body to
black after buyimg a new bottom and trim. The little trim plate directly
behind the shutter speed dial ? $23 net! New black bottom cover ? $42.
