Hmmm .... funny you should ask right after I picked one up from the post
office.(7575537588)
Actually I think your price is right on. About a year ago Gordon had a
"contest" to see who could predict the closing price on an OM-3Ti. It sold
at close to $1550. Since then I've seen a few sell up to about $300 higher.
Other than the one I've referenced I don't think Ive seen any close
significantly lower.
One thing to keep in mind is the current very significant value of a box.
PentaxAmerica (yabe ID) has been buying a tremendous amount of stuff and
paying high prices if it has a box ...
The camera I referenced is spotless but doesn't have a box. It was sold as a
second chance offer to the highest bidder. Now to put batteries in it to see
if its electronics still lives...

Dear members,
Philippe and I are about to close a deal on my OM3 Ti and F280.
John Hermanson has looked at it and said it was a "beauty" except for a
ding and some paint scratches.
Philippe and I think that around 1500 for the body and an additional
100 for the flash (which is in Ex. + condition, boxed, manual) would be
reasonable.
We would like to ask your opinions on whether this is the right price
for this equipment.
Please look at the link attached. (I don't have a photo of the flash)
