Ours was a hot one - 43C at its peak where I was, and it didn't
get below 38C until 11pm when a southerly dropped the temperature
by about 10C. (Sorry, you'll have to convert to Fahrenheit yourself
if you care to. It was bloody hot anyway, and I was one of those
idiots Andrew mentioned that took advantage of the oven-bake to
collect melanomas on the beach).
Nevertheless, I got to wander out around sunset along the ballast
to send a roll of film through the OM1 & 35/2.8. I won't find out
until tomorrow how that all turned out, but my photos should be
heading off to Jeff soon, assuming that I remembered to do everything
right. It was nice (somewhat relaxing for some reason) to use the
OM1 again. I must do it more often.
