No, as I understand it, they *didn't* back out (by retracting their bids) -
the seller cancelled their bids.
The description says BIN of USD5499 - I assume he didn't want to sell below
an unspoken reserve?

I think I must have checked on it right after the highest bidder backed out.
It actually showed a price of $1300.01 which I think is what yabe does -
roll the price back to just above the next highest bid. It was very
interesting to see how fast all of the bidders backed out.
