[OM] Digital Olympus E Series 4/3 Four Thirds Lens Adapters

Greetings,
    Does anyone have a working knowledge of the use of an adapter for the
Olympus OM mount lenses on the Olympus E-Series DSLR's ?

which after googling led me to this:

    Note CameraQuest's comment that, "Olympus produced the first 4/3
adapters for Olympus OM lenses, strangely providing the adapters free in
some markets, and not providing adapters even as an option in other
markets."

    I tried searching the archive, but couldn't find any hits on this
subject.
