John
It is much better if you never put your whole email address in an
email. Every time I do it I start to get spam. I have never
received any spam on several of my email addresses, including this
one, addresses which I have kept from the Internet. This contrasts
with the addresses I used to have and which I included in my
signatures as 'something@xxxxxxxxxxxxx'. Now everything goes down as
'something at something.net'.
It might be my imagination, but it seems to work ;-).
