On my 5D the OM lenses overexpose about one stop compared to Canon
EOS lenses. But, so far, that's only comparing in the f11-f16 range
where I've been shooting some test shots of resolution charts. I
don't know that will vary with different apertures or not..

Oh yeah, I was shooting in manual mode. So far I'm not convinced
that using the OM lenses on the 5D is going to give me enough of an
improvement in image quality to warrant putting up with their
disadvantages - even in deliberate shooting conditions, like
landscapes on a tripod, where I would be more likely to use them. I
do know that one of the new micro prism/split image focusing screens
for the 5D that Brightscreen is releasing later this month will be a
necessity for me to use manual focus lenses.
Later,
JJ
