The Tamron 300mm f-2.8 is a very nice lens. Be sure to buy one with the hood
as they are hard to find and expensive. It is not as heavy as the Zuiko 350.
I think I got mine for less than $700. /jmac

Jeff mentions a 400/4 Tamron, a lens I'm not familiar with. What's the
best deal in an OM mount 300 or 400mm f/4 or similar fast glass? 2.8 is
probably too fast meaning expensive and heavy.
