The shortest focal length fisheye I know of is the 6mm N*kon, and with
the c*non ratio of 1.6 for some of its cameras (or close to that) then
maybe you would get a full fisheye but I would guess it costs an
absolute fortune, here is what the zuiko 8mm fisheye looks like on an E1
