No, the dial is simply locked, you can't turn it further.
Simply underexpose in manual mode by 2 stops. If you intend to use TMZ film, I
suggest you try it first at 800 or 1600, you may find that the speed is
enough for your need, you'll retain the specific aspect of the film, and
it'll work in auto. Just my 2 cents.
