I have no problem with regional variations, they add to the richness
of the language. I do have a problem with cr*p education systems ...
... wherever they have flourished ;-) Systems that have failed to
teach the basics of our language(s) so that we can spot where we are
going wrong, or right.
I can't bear "comprise of", or "may" where it should clearly be "might".
