I sent an email to the address on the suport page and got a prompt
reply. This first reply directed me to some instructions on the web that
didn't really help, and I replied to that effect. A different person
responded with different, simple, exact instructions that worked. Now
that I think about it, what I learned was why I was recently able to
resolve a problem with my son's iTunes program install.
