Graham,
I hope you saw AG's explanation earlier in this thread. It was a very
strangely lit spot. AG and I stood there looking at it and it took
some reassurance from him to get me to believe that it was being lit
up by a shaft of light, although there were similar shafts of light
all around.
I'd ordinarly figure AG was playing some kind of trick on me, but I
soon discovered that a pile of rocks on the ledge I stepped over to
shoot the scene had just previously descended upon his E-1. He was
probably still trying to get his heart pumping again, poor soul.
