I suppose it's possible and I can't think of anything better but I don't
know what the mechanisms might be; in particular, postulating different
behaviors of the sensors. They are, however, radically different types
of sensors.
No camera meters involved. Exposure correctly determined by Sekonic
L-358 flash meter.
