Sorry for the double (now triple) post but I thought the first one
hadn't made it.
Thanks to all who responded with suggestions. I should have thought of
the exercise routine myself. Also many thanks to Clint for suggesting
the easy way in from the back. I was on the run when I discovered the
problem and haven't had a chance to look it over for obvious oil yet.
I'm too used to disassembling old Kirons which almost always have
migrating oil flowing into the aperture cage. It's the stuff that used
to be the dampening grease in the zoom slide and focusing helical.
