Correct, but you can simplify your life by changing the ISO setting on
the flash to compensate for the ND. If you have a 2 stop ND installed
and are shooting ISO 100 then cut the ISO (on the flash only) to 25.
Now you can just dial your 2 stop lower fill flash directly on the
f-stop dial... or, crank the ISO dial back where you stated. :-)
