No OM's involved, sorry. I just heard an excerpt from some discussion or
other with current Pres. Bush.
He was asked if this diaspora (my word) of people from ' Nawlins etc to many
parts of the country is made up of refugees.
He said something like "These are not refugees; these are Americans".
Well, I suppose he would say that ...
