Not by my standards, only those who think it's OK to promote their own
interests at the expense of other people, ignoring laws, rules and
common decency while doing so. Sadly I think those characteristics are
universal among a certain percentage of humans, however, independent
of colour of skin (see below), religion, language or whatever. Anyway, I
wouldn't
kill any of them, beacuse I would only be reducing myself to one of
them.
Interestingly, I read somewhere that the concept of "race" is invalid, since
the genetical variation between individuals of the same "race" is statistically
larger than the variation between individuals independent of "race" (however
that works).
