The biggest pro photo dealers in the Boston area are Hunt's Photo &
Video (Melrose, Boston, Cambridge), Zeff Photo (Belmont) and Calumet
(Cambridge). Hunt's main store is in Melrose. I'm not familiar with
the Boston store but I called them and they said they had a good stock
of 120 & 220 in the fridge. Since I didn't know what you wanted I
checked the response to "Do you have any Provia" and the answere was,
"single rolls only, no 5 packs".
This is not Houston so there really isn't any such thing as "on the way
in from the airport". Logan is just across the harbor from the city
and, in a short ride via bus, boat, car or subway you're suddenly in the
city. You didn't say where you're staying but if you're within the city
you shold be able to get to Hunt's Boston store by taking the subway
("The T" in Boston parlance).
Here's the detail if you want to call ahead and check film availabilty:
Hunt's Photo and Video.
520 Commonwealth Ave.
Boston, MA 02215.
Phone: 617-778-2222.
Monday-Friday 9AM - 8PM.
Heres the map to Hunts with the airport just off screen at upper right.

Find your way on the T to the "Green Line" and get off at the Kenmore St
station. The store is practically right there on the same side of the
street as the station. The New England School of Photography (where my
photo mentor used to teach) is maybe a half block further west on the
opposite side of the street.

Good luck. If you need any more help just holler.
ps: If you decide to go to Cambridge for any reason go to Calumet and
not Hunt's. The Hunt's store in Cambridge isn't any better than a Ritz.
Beyond that is Hunt's main store in Melrose. Fairly large.
