This is true but with the move to the 4/3 system the mount change was
due to a variety of reasons. Electronic communication between the body
and lens come to mind (for AF, metering, stop-down, etc). As well,
with the OM adaptor (which I remember the Olympus execs denied the
existence of for awhile) you can at least use your OM glass on a 4/3
body because the sensor is smaller. But, you can't take lenses that
were designed for a smaller sensor and use them on a body with a
larger sensor.
