Ok, I just did another test, with my new toys, the DZ 50/2 and VST-1 macro
stand :-) Here is the result after 10 minutes adjustment (both RAW and post
adjustment by PS).
Set up for the E-1 copy set was: VST-1, DZ-50/2 at F6.3, FL-50 flash, flash
extension cable, 2.5mm white acrylic plate, E-1 at ISO100.

The result was much better than I did last time with Zuiko 80/4, auto
bellows with slide copier and E-1 with C1 RAW. Anyway, I think the major
different was just the time I spent on the post adjustment, the high
contrast 80/4 may contribute some.
Sorry for the previous post, which ruled out the possibility of using E-1
for slide copying.
