Yes, Vuescan takes a little practice to use properly. However, when
I have read them, the instructions have been excellent and the whole
thing becomes quite logical.
I have just had to adopt my philsophical head when looking at new
scans. I appeared to have suffered from camera shake with my
RF645 ... camera shake with a rangefinder? Well, I decided to
examine the negatives with a magnifying glass and the lines are nice
and sharp. It must be my scanner: I have sample twice set which must
be difficult to do accurately with a flatbed. So, I am happy again.
